Welcome to shriramauto.com. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the website and the services provided by Shri Ram Motors, an authorized Bosch Car Service station. By accessing our website or booking a service, you agree to comply with the following terms.
1. Service Bookings and Estimates

All bookings made via the website are subject to availability and confirmation by our service advisors.

Any price estimates provided online or over the phone are preliminary. A final quote will be provided only after a physical inspection of the vehicle at our workshop.
2. Authorization of Repairs

No repairs will be carried out without the prior verbal or written consent of the customer.

By leaving your vehicle at our workshop, you authorize our technicians to test-drive the vehicle on public roads for diagnostic and testing purposes.
3. Parts and Warranty

As an authorized Bosch Car Service partner, we use genuine Bosch and OEM spare parts.

Warranty on spare parts is provided by the respective manufacturer and not by Shri Ram Motors directly.

Labor warranty is provided for a period of [e.g., 30 days or 1,000 km] from the date of service, whichever comes first, covering specific repair defects.
4. Payments and Vehicle Release

Full payment is required upon completion of the service and before the vehicle is released to the customer.

We accept payments via Cash, UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, and Bank Transfers.

We reserve the right to retain the vehicle until all outstanding dues are cleared (Lien Right).
5. Limitation of Liability

Shri Ram Motors is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings left inside the vehicle. Customers are advised to remove all valuables before handing over the car.

We are not liable for any delays in service caused by factors beyond our control, such as part unavailability or shipping delays from manufacturers.
6. Cancellation Policy

Customers can cancel or reschedule appointments in advance without any penalty.
7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Greater Noida/Gautam Buddh Nagar.
