
REFUND POLICY

At Shri Ram Motors, we strive to provide the highest quality automotive services through our authorized Bosch Car Service center. This policy outlines our procedures for cancellations, refunds, and service guarantees to ensure transparency for our customers.
1. Service Cancellations

Appointment Cancellation: Customers can cancel or reschedule their service appointments at any time. We request at least 24 hours' notice to help us manage our workshop schedule.

Booking Deposits: If a deposit was paid for a premium service or to order specialized parts, it is fully refundable if the cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Deposits for special-order parts that have already been shipped may be non-refundable.
2. Service Guarantee & Rework

Labor Warranty: We provide a 30-day/1,000 km warranty (whichever comes first) on all labor performed at our workshop. If you are unsatisfied with the quality of the repair, please bring your vehicle back for a free inspection and rectification.

Resolution First: Our primary goal is to fix the issue. Refunds for labor charges are only considered if we are unable to resolve the specific mechanical issue after a secondary attempt.
3. Spare Parts & Consumables

Manufacturer Warranty: As an authorized Bosch Car Service partner, all Bosch parts installed by us carry the standard manufacturer warranty.

Returns: Once a spare part has been installed in your vehicle and the vehicle has been driven, the part cannot be returned for a refund unless it is found to be defective under the manufacturer’s warranty terms.

Unused Parts: If you purchase a part from us and decide not to have it installed, a full refund is available within 7 days, provided the part is in its original, unopened packaging.
4. Refund Process

Approval: Refund requests must be made in person at our workshop or via email at shrirammotors55@gmail.com with your original invoice.

Method: Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method (UPI, Credit/Debit Card, or Bank Transfer).

Timeline: Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account once approved.
